What We Provide Commercial Construction Projects
We know that General Contractors are experts in building codes, ordinances and coordinating so we leave that up to you.
After reviewing construction plans, our sales team provides a quote for erosion control, stormwater products, geotextiles and other site work materials. If you submit the lowest bid, win the contract, and choose Colonial Construction Materials for site development solutions, our team will coordinate material supply for the construction project.
At a minimum, most new commercial construction projects will need silt fence, erosion control blanket, grass seed and woven geotextile fabric for construction entrances. More complicated projects might require value engineering, stormwater systems and advanced geosynthetic solutions.
Upgrades and Renovations
Renovations to existing commercial structures don’t typically involve much dirt work. If upgrades are all in the interior, the project will be out of our scope. Structural extensions and outdoor upgrades, however, may need drainage solutions or landscape supplies.
