Colonial Construction Materials is Your Partner for Site Work Solutions

Our Story

Colonial Construction Materials, Inc. was founded by Timothy Branin in 1988. Equipped with a few trucks and a small installation crew, Tim and his team started supplying and installing geotextiles and erosion control across Virginia.

Over time, Colonial Construction Materials expanded to meet the demands of a growing industry. We vertically integrated operations and began manufacturing site work products. We also expanded our distribution network into new regions including the Caribbean and northeast to Pennsylvania.

Today, we operate from our headquarters in Oilville, Virginia and a branch location in Virginia Beach. The 40,000 square foot Oilville facility includes manufacturing capabilities, a 6-acre yard and a pole barn for storage. Our Virginia Beach branch includes a warehouse and large yard.
